We are delighted to announce the launch of our new online ordering and payment system for certified translations. Certified translations are often needed quickly, so this tool has been designed to speed up the quoting, ordering and payment process and allow us to get started on your translation sooner. This article outlines how the system works and its key advantages.
What is the new system?
As demand for certified translations continues to grow, our new online ordering system makes it quicker and easier than ever to place an order and pay for your translation.
Previously, our quotation process would involve us manually analysing your document(s) and sending you a quote, which you would pay for manually by bank transfer. This could be a time-consuming process; as documents requiring certified translation are often very similar, we saw an opportunity to simplify the process.
The new system streamlines the process of ordering and paying for a certified translation, allowing you to see upfront how much your project will cost and, if you wish to proceed, make your payment online using the secure system. In turn, this allows us to get started on your translation straight away when we receive it, rather than first needing to analyse the document and prepare a quote, shortening the overall turnaround time for you. This also has the added convenience of you being able to order translations outside our office hours.

Our certified translation services

We regularly provide certified translations of a wide range of certificates and official documentation for individual clients. This is typically required if the translation is needed for official purposes such as applying for a visa, passport or driving licence, getting married, or registering a birth or death.
Common documents that require certified translation include:
- Marriage certificates
- Birth certificates
- Death certificates
- Divorce papers
- Academic certificates
- Police criminal record certificates
Certification confirms to the authority or organisation receiving the translation that it was completed by a suitably qualified professional translator, and that the translation is accurate and can be legally relied upon.
We also offer higher levels of certification, including notarisation, apostille and sworn translation. These are sometimes needed for certain highly sensitive legal purposes, if requested by the receiving authority.
